Yes, the EDC is open for the public to rent for business meetings, seminars, conferences or training sessions.

We do not have catering onsite, but you are welcome to bring in a licensed caterer for your event.  There is an additional $50 food & beverage impact feed added to your rental charges for bringing in food.

Yes, the EDC has state of the art audio-visual equipment in each room including speaker podium with built-in microphone, computer, DVD/Blu ray player and laptop connections.  There is also a ceiling mounted screen and projector in each room.

Use of A/V equipment is included in rental, so there are no extra charges.

Yes, the rental includes tables, chairs and one-time room set up for your event.

Events may be scheduled no more than 18 months and no less than two weeks in advance, but space is limited and fills up quickly so book as soon as possible.
