All other facilities, including the swimming pool, will be closed until renovations are complete. Over the next few years, the park will go through a series of construction phases. The first three phases are expected to be complete in Summer 2020, and will include tennis court repairs, construction of a new tennis/pool clubhouse, renovations to the existing swimming pool, and addition of a 0.7-mile walking trail. The final phases will start by June 2023, and will include additional park amenities. The park will be operated and maintained by New Hanover County Parks & Gardens.
