Fitness Stations

Along some of our walking trails, you’ll find outdoor fitness stations. Equipment varies from park to park with stations for exercises such as pull-ups, bench presses, dips, sit ups and leg presses.  It’s like going to the gym, only FREE!  Fitness Stations are located at:

  • Hugh MacRae Park
  • Kings Grant Park
  • Ogden Park
  • Smith Creek Park

*The City of Wilmington operates the Boxing & Physical Fitness Center, located at 302 South 10th Street.  This indoor center offers free weights, universal equipment, treadmills, stationary bikes, stairmasters, personal and group training, and a variety of exercise classes.  There is a nominal membership fee to use the Boxing Center.  Click here to learn more
