Did you know that yoga is a great way to improve your tennis game? Yoga increases flexibility, relieves tension and strengthens muscles. Echo Farms Park is now partnering with Wilmington Yoga Center to offer a weekly yoga class on Tuesdays from 12:15-1:15pm. Each session is $10/person and pre-registration is required at wilmingtonyogacenter.com.
All-levels Flow yoga connecting breath, movement, and mindfulness with special focus on strengthening. We will incorporate meditation and address common physical challenges experienced by tennis players. A perfect complement to your tennis training to promote quick recovery, as well as strength and agility on the court.
